Custom Work Refund

IT Niche does NOT offer ANY refund for the times used by IT Niche in Programming, Graphic Design of Web Development work once the task is done. However if you request and refund for any reason and in the case IT Niche has not expensed the man-hours allocated to the project you might be qualified for the refund of the portion or total of you payment depending on if any time has been used by IT Niche or not.

Once the advance for the project has been made we generally start working in 24 hours from the time the amount is credited to our account and a full refund is not possible. We are able to process 100% of the refund if need only BEFORE you project development work has started. You need to ask our Memphis office immediate about your refunds once the work has been started on your project.

E-Churches, E-restaurant and E-Apartment Application Refund

We offer 100% refunds for the current month’s fee in case you want to terminate your custom application provided you tell us 7 days in advance to your billing due date.
